I tried, did I ever.... So, right, I was right clicking on a comment inset that contained a footnote when the crash happened. I reopened the file, did it again and it crashed again. So far so good... At that point I tried creating a small file with a footnote inside a comment to see of I could reproduce the crash in another file. I could not---right- clicking did not produce any crash What's worse, from that point on I could no longer reproduce the crash on the original file. Very frustrating.
