I'm just starting to prepare my fourth book with Lyx, this time using 1.6.1 instead of 1.5.x.
I have a problem with importing the text. I import the first chapter (previously a plain text tile) but when I want to add the second chapter it comes as a new tab. This isn't what I want, at least for viewing and ultimately saving as a pdf file. How do I see the book as a whole? Is there no way to add it to the foot of the first chapter? Do I have to do it with the mouse?
