The problem now is, that I don?t get an index. I have inserted a
BibTex-Index and tried different styles. As far as I understood
it
doesn?t matter, which one I choose. Or do I have to install a style
also?

Yes. But now, although I did that, I still don?t get entries in my
Bibliography, just the title "Literatur".

If your file is named myfile.lyx try
1) exporting it to latex
2) open a terminal in the directory where your lyx file is
Sorry, I don´t know how to do that. I suppose I have to open the
terminal (as far as I know I just have one application "terminal") and
enter sth for, say, the desktop, where I have my testfile. Is that
right? What do I have to enter?
Sorry if I seem to ask the simplest questions, but it´s really not
that easy for me…

3) type latex myfile.tex
3) type bibtex myfile.tex
4) type latex myfile.tex
You should then get a myfile.dvi or maybe a myfile.pdf
