This doesn't seem to do it for me, unfortunately.
I tried that a while ago, and what I used was in Skim:
Preset:
Custom
Command:
/Applications/LyX.app/Contents/MacOS/lyxeditor
Arguments:
"%file" %line
But I don't use it anymore - got used to using the outliner instead.
