How would I export to HTML+CSS? Always assuming it preserves my styles, this 
would be excellent.

That's quite easy by converting to RTF and doing a little Vim stuff.

It would take days to do that. I'll do that post-conversion.

Yeah, I've been doing that. Another benefit is seeing how RTF works in a small 
case.

No can do. I'd have to supervise it so much I might as well just do it myself.
