Take out all the text in the middle and emphasize the menus. There can be a section for how to edit, too.
In fact, I'm not quite sure who the audience is...
Experienced users, new users, prospective users. I may have left out a group. Seriously, it should grow as needed, and include content that's not necessarily in the formal documentation.
