I can't seem to find the answer to this. I know how to convert footnotes to endnotes and how to place endnotes in a document.
I want all the endnotes to appear at the end of the book, but I need to have them divided by chapter. I mean, as you read through the endnotes you should come to a break with a title like: "Notes to Chapter X" (then the notes should start numbering from 1 again). While I'm dreaming, it would also be nice to have the headers change so that on each page of the endnotes the header reads "Notes to Ch. X, pp. Y - Z" Can anything like this be done in Lyx?
