My LyX version is 1.5.1 (This is what Synaptic offered to me). I want to write the entire document in Persian/Arabic. I followed exactly LyX's official wiki for Arabic language. (Instructions for Persian were incomplete.) I followed instructions for configuring Arabic in linux using ArabTeX (I made bind file, etc). I can see some outputs, though very buggy. But I cannot extend it to Persian (Farsi). What I really want is Persian, not Arabic. Thanks again.
