Sure, it works here for simple documents, but I often get a message indicating an error inside the document when opening it with OO. Not retested recently with OO 2.0 however. rtf2latex converts (simple) math to mathtype, tex4ht builds images, so usage depends also upon the goal of the conversion. -- Jean-Pierre
