But here's what's really insane. I recently had an editor demand of me
an RTF file only then to find, when I got the proofs, there in the
upper corner, "Heck-Chapter04.tex"!!!
Euw. In such cases, see if you can talk to the people doing the
real work, instead of that middleman editor. Even a publisher is
interested in saving work . . .
