If I recall, this typeface has a roman only -- no italic, bold or SC?

  I can do small caps in OpenOffice.org's Writer; don't think it's a
separate font from the foundary.

Begin by assembling the necessary .sty and .etx files in one directory.
You could copy the first few lines from the installation guide
documentation.  Process the .tex file, then create the .tfm files and the
map, and disseminate the files in their proper directories. If you plan
ahead, it's really not bad.
