Hello all,

I am trying to install an AGU (American Geophysical Union) latex class file but I am running in some problems... I use Lyx 1.4.0 version on Mandriva 2006.

I created an "aguclass" directory in /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex and downloaded the aguplus.cls file from AGU's website. I then typed in the following commands;

[EMAIL PROTECTED] aguclass]# texhash
texhash: Updating /usr/local/share/texmf/ls-R...
texhash: Updating /usr/share/texmf/ls-R...
texhash: Updating /usr/share/texmf-var/ls-R...
texhash: Updating /var/lib/texmf/ls-R...
texhash: Done.

I reconfigured Lyx, but when I wanted to see the output I got the following error message;

\stop}{}
Valid AGUTeX package names are:
agums, agupp, jgrga, grlga, radga, rtjga, tecga, paleo

It seems like I also need to install another file called agums.sty found on AGU's website. I would gladly do so if I knew how and where. I am a bit puzzled because I only had to install a .cls file for Elsevier articles.

Thanks a lot,

Mathieu
