Dear Listler, After a vacation and hiatus I am back on the list. The book project that I have been working on (forever, it seems) will soon go to the printer. Today I got back the following comments after they looked at a small sample of our LyX file (the publisher's designer was unfamiliar with LyX and LaTeX and passed my sample file along directly to the printer):

Ideal would be > to know the system environment, fonts, LyX version, LaTex > version, OS, etc. > Additionally we got error messages about double bookmarks.
