i have been trying to figure out how the different settings in graphic-output works.
what are the meaning of these ( this is not mentioned in the docs?!? ) ? text% col% page% line% theight% pheight% when to use which? moreover, when to set height and width? and when to use the "maintain aspect ratio" button? martin
