Hi all, Just as the end of the tunnel finally is in sight, one more (last?) little problem has got me stuck.
I've got two small tables that contain footnote references. The correct reference numbers appear in the dvi output, but the footnotes themselves (and numbers) at the bottom of the page are omitted. If the table contains a reference to footnote 92, at the bottom of the page you might see: 91 - a footnote 93 - another footnote Any suggestions on what might be wrong or a workaround?
