Hi Just had a paper accepted for publication and thanks to Lyx it was a breeze to produce in the right way for the publisher. However the figures are labelled
Figure 1: caption
Figure 2: caption
etc
I need FIG. 1. Caption
Notice the colon has become a period.
At the moment I am using
\renewcommand{\figurename}{FIG.}
to change the Figure to FIG. and that is fine. How do I change the following
colon to a period (or full-stop for us English folk)?
