Now try reconfiguring LyX and restarting. Does that do the trick?
In part yes - thank's.
Reconfigure was no good idea because it "cleaned" my .lst files
again. I started configure manually from CLI in the App Bundle
again, copied the newly created files to ~/Application Support/LyX
replacing the useles ones.
With the appropriate paths entered in LyX-Preferences, as you
recommended, this is now doing the job.
I'm not sure I understand ... so just to clarify: when you add the
PATH prefix as I've specified above, does running Edit >
Reconfigure from within LyX (then restarting) solve the problem, or
is the problem solved only when you manually run the configure
script from within the App bundle?
The PATH prefix was missing but DID NOT make Edit > Reconfigure work.
I had to run configure manually again and copy the files. The
combination of both, replacing the Files in ~/Apllication Support/LyX
with the manually generated AND entering the PATH prefix in LyX
Preferences produced a working installation.
I conclude, that running Reconfigure from the Edit menu simply
doesn't do the job.
