1.) How do I designate subitems with the LyX Index Entry system? Do I use
LaTeX to enter {\subitem{...}}?2.) How do I specify modifiers of the key word/term? This seems to be done within the Index Entry box itself. Is there another way?
Wish there were step-by-step instructions for us novices.
