Good idea. I've added a couple of entries. However, I'd like to suggest a small reorganization. Right now, the list is oriented toward the source of the image, which is fine, but we might want a separate list for tools used to deal with the image. You mentioned PSP. If you look under 'A', I made an entry labeled 'Any' (perhaps should be 'Almost Any' :-) mentioning the PDFCreator printer driver, and under Mathematica I mentioned IrfanView. PSP, PDFCreator and IrfanView probably should be in the tools list, since they can be used by a variety of applications to do conversions.
If you agree, feel free to move my entries. It's very hit-or-miss whether the Wiki lets me edit things.
