  Usually this is a sign of a reLyX bug. There are two possibilities look 
for the offending code and see if you can rewrite it to a more usal latex 
code. The other possibility involves using the latest tex2lyx from the CVS 
version and then downgrade the code using the lyx2lyx from CVS.
