I fixed that by running "Edit->Reconfigure". This is after I started
reading the "Customization" documentation and saw that my Preferences were
empty for converters. So now I have methods to import NoWeb, LaTeX, HTML
and Word.
The LaTeX import didn't work (just like before running reLyX).
reLyX directory is: /usr/pkg/share/lyx/reLyX
