It is not that we _want_ to enforce this, but rather that the latex
installations I know about really have a problem with that. It would
be nice if someone with a decent latex installation could investigate
the problem a bit (by removing the error box first, I guess).

I seem to remember that the part that gives us problem is when using a
temporary directory, since we have then to tell latex where to search
for files, with something like
 [EMAIL PROTECTED]/some path with space}
and we did not find a reasonable way to escape spaces in there.

Also, if you use a subdirectory with spaces in it (putting your
figures into a "My Figures" subdirectory for example), I am not sure I
know how to get it to work.

Of course, this has to be tested on a windows machine, and I do not
have such a thing here.
