I wrote an equation on a slide using prosper. When I view the pdf, a number in that equation is missing. This happens only under the following conditions: tiny fontsize, pdf and prosper. (See the comparison in the attached file.) Can someone explain that, please?

these are _inlined_ formulas, they have both no equationnumber by default! Put the cursor into the formula and then alt-m-d to vonvert it into a displayed one and then alt-m-n to get it numbered.
