Hello,

I have started to use LyX (version 1.3.2) only a couple of weeks ago so all this is still new to me.

What I want to do is to write some mathematical equations in the middle of some text. From what I have understood after reading the documentation that comes with LyX and trying things out, the equations must be inlined. The only problem with this is that fractions are very small when I export the file (to pdf) compared to the fractions that are in display mode. Is there any way of making the inlined fractions look as big as the ones in display ? The document class is book (AMS).

Thanks,
        Razvan
