I use pybliographic as my reference manager for lyx. For it to work properly for me, I have to manually delete the lyxpipe.in and lyxpipe.out "files" in my ~/.lyx directory before starting a new lyx session in order to pybliographic to work. The old lyxpipe entries remain from the last lyx session and starting lyx with them resident renders pybliographic unable to interface with lyx.
Is there an easy way to fix this behavior? I am running lyx-1.2.0. praedor
