Thanks you, unfortunately this is not exactly what I wanted to do. According to Herbert's advice I should use ERT for the lists to get a user defined \itemsep which is not handy for me. I'm looking for a solution where I can use the standard LyX list-environments _and_ have the possibility to define my own \itemsep-length. Any suggestion for this? Michael.
