All math panel sub menus at the same time? That did work? > 2. Not anymore! It seem to in 1.2.2cvs, I have no 1.2.1 around, but I can't remember a change in that area. Btw, you know that you get () by typing 'M-m (' without reaching to the mouse, do you? > I think you should rethink the way the typing > of Math is done in LyX, What's wrong with _typing_ math in 1.2.1? This certainly is not worse than 1.1.6. Of course, this is purely subjective. > 6. Another annoying bug: when you try to use the text mode within the > math mode then the Math panel disappears. Not present in 1.2.2cvs either. And again, I don't remember a change in that area. > There must be other tiny things (like after typing a super/subscript, > the cursor goes back to the position by the symbol rather than going > forward which would be more logical as symbols with both types super and > subscript happen less likely), but these are the ones which came to me > first. Yes, cursor movement is broken in 1.2.x. I think this is a bit better in 1.3.0cvs now. Anyway, if you really managed to type 700 pages in LyX I wonder why you still use the math panel? I'd never found it useful for stuff I know, and for the odd symbol used once in a year the user interface does not seems to be usable.
