this has nothing to do with LyX, it's a problem of LaTeX. On the other
hand, how should LaTeX know what to do with such long words, for which
no hyphenation rukes exists.

it's your turn to tell LaTeX what to do with these words. Define some

hyphenation points (ctrl-) or choose a smaller font or ...
