I use in bookstyle twocolumn \onecolumn \landscape %because landscape does not work in twocolumn AFAIK) \scriptsize %because the table would still be too large if normalsize

with \caption[short legend]{long legend}

\normalsize
\twocolumn
exporting as .ps file and viewing it with gv gives me an upside down table
instead of a 90° turned one.
viewing it with DVI gives a missing page at the corresponding location.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
