I am using LyX 1.1.6fix4 and Alt/Meta-M+"^" gives me unknown sequence:
Alt-M-asciicircum
Entering Mathmod by clicking the symbol works but doesn't le me type
\copyright?

And I would like to use this copyright sign as a superscript in a article
heading.
IS there another FAQ for these things ?
