Gah! (hangs head in shame)  Blame it on the flu... I wasn't thinking
about how large the actual picture files were... I just thought I'd save
people hassle by giving example -- instead I've aggravated a whole lot
of people when I do know better.  (stands in corner wearing dunce's hat)

I'm so sorry!

My system is a RedHat 7.1, using a binary RPM I downloaded from the
site.  Maybe that it was a binary RPM is the problem -- expecting
something that isn't there?
