"The customer is always right."
They want the manual in electronic format so that they can print it out
themselves. They've always had it in Word, word is everywhere in their
workplace, they aren't going to install Acrobat Reader just for us.
End of story.
Persuading people to change is hard. Persuading clients to change is
impossible.
