Sorry for late reply Richard.

- I completely forgot the Keep box. It definitely helps with my first
problem. I think that keeping the initial development level of the tree
before starting to move the section should be the default behavior.

- My last tentative to input a bug in thentracker was not fruitful (I don't
remember why it was not accepting it).
