Not with the selection done by the context menu, right? Only if the end-of-paragraph of the previous paragraph has been selected too.
But why select the end-of-paragraph above? I wager this is a UI bug: selecting this makes sure that the label of the section or chapter is selected too. We could change the selection painting so that when the complete paragraph is selected (in the right way), the label is selected too. Would that help?
