Dear friends, I just discovered that we can prepare test questions using latex and moodle.sty. In this case, pdflatex is able to generate an XML file that can be imported into the Question bank of Moodle and also generate a paper version of the test. I have checked the wiki page https://wiki.lyx.org/Layouts/modules#toc14 but cannot see any such module.
