Hi LyX users,
I'm running into an error while trying to use a custom .cls file with LyX.
It's Article-based, so I didn't do anything fancy with the layout file, and
everything appears to be compiling fine when I hit "show output anyway".
But I do get this "Option clash for package natbib" error:
\PassOptionsToPackage
{normalem}{ulem}
The package natbib has already been loaded with options:
[]
There has now been an attempt to load it with options
[authoryear]
Adding the global options:
,authoryear
to your \documentclass declaration may fix this.
Try typing <return> to proceed.
The .cls file only mentions natbib once, as \ProvidePackage{natbib}. (I get
that the .cls is loading first, and this is part of the problem). I have
Natbib(Bibtex) and Author-Year selected via the LyX options under
bibliography. What I cannot figure out is what {normalem} and {ulem} are
doing here. There's no mention of either in the .cls file, so it's coming
out of
Like I said, everything is compiling so it's not critical, just a little
mystifying.
