You need a rnl.layout file. Copying the article.layout file to
rnl.layout and editing the description at the start is a good starting
point. Then, I see in the cls files many special macros that I cannot
understand without a user guide.
All in all, creating a basic layout file is easy, but a good one takes
more time and motivation.
