You probably would need to install it first. It is available for free
on the Internet. Search for "David CLM otf".

Try \newfontfamily\englishfont{Palatino} for instance. Any standard
serif font should do. As said, not needed if the Hebrew font is
comprehensive enough (such as David CLM).
