I had the same problem a few months ago; the fix was installing the cprotect.sty and suffix.sty. (The latter is part of the bigfoot package) I did it now but still, the preview of the ert in the lyx file doesn't render anything (while the compiled pdf does everything perfectly)
are there any new required packages that are needed for the preview to work? thanks in advance, Matan
