There is nothing about "WIndows needs MiKTeX", which would be
obviously wrong ...
The German page did say to use MiKTeX. (So did the Spanish one.) I
changed it now.
We need either (a) to figure out how to keep the translated pages in
sync with the English or (b) ditch the translations, on the theory that
Google can handle it well enough.
