I have selected my font in the settings. I don't know how else to do it. A package called texlive-full does not exist on my MikTex console. I don't know how to install this package without using manual installation. Maybe with \usepackage? That doesn't work.

I have now installed the Liberation Serif font from "1001 Fonts".
Just to note, I don’t believe I ever installed this font manually; I just installed the “texlive-full” package.
The result is unchanged on my computer.
Could you export your two LyX files to LaTeX and send them to me? There has to be some difference that is causing this, since I’m not having the same problem.
