I use the KOMA-Script classes and assume the KOMA-Script Article class would be the most appropriate. But, not before creating any LyX templates I would appreciate suggestions how to go about making this first one.
Thinking I'm on the right track, I'm copying text from the PDF form with questions emphasized (to visually separate them from the filled in answers). I'm using sections* and subsctions* to follow the agency's formatting. Will save in ~/.lyx/templates when finished. Recommendations still welcome!
