I can't keep biblatex-spbasic, since it is not numeric.
The bibliography style should also be Nature
It is possible to combine the styles:
citestyle=nature, bibstyle=sbbasic

You mean biblatex-spbasic (selected from the Biblatex bibliography style
menu)? But this does not give numbers in the Bibliography, i.e. you
can't find your citations there.
