First some checks.

Open a command window.
1.) call
                kpsewhich scrbook.cls
        This should output
                C:\texlive\2018\texmf-dist\tex\latex\koma-script/scrbook.cls
2.) change to your user directory
        check file clsFiles.lst for entries with scrbook.cls
        Should contain the same entry
        If it does not, then reconfigure lyx.
