No. It's a "toy" pdf viewer -- you can't print from it for instance (at least the version supplied with MiKTeX). I still use Sumatra as my main pdf viewer (and reluctantly turn to Adobe reader for printing odd and even pages separately for two-sided printing).

The first time
viewing a document it takes ages to display the pdf since TeXworks needs to
load, but after that it works fine.
I see. That's unfortunate.
