gv/ghostview/mgv don't print the page contents up to the right edge of
the paper, you can probably fix the postscript file using psutils, for
example, pstops 0 <input.ps >output.ps
(that is, to modify the ps file--there's nothing wrong in the postscript
file, it would print allright). This is an old known bug in all of
gv/ghostview/mgv.
