sorry for off-topic question:
I have heard on WBUR (my local NPR News radio), that there will be new Mac OS based on
BSD on Saturday. One thing, that told is that M$ is preparing Office for it.
I wonder, whether after all these years it is getting time for buying Mac for me. The
question is simple -- is the GUI based on X? If yes, does it mean, that there is day
coming near when M$ Office will run on X?
Just curious (because when both answers are years, I am afraid, we will get M$ Word
for Linux soon).
