Furthermore, to get the nomenclature and the lists of tables/figures as well as the index in the toc without irritating hyperref, use the following document class options: bibliography=totoc, index=totoc, listof=totoc, intoc intoc is actually a nomencl package option, but it will be passed through by the class.
