In the example file you sent me privately, you use a lot of stuff like
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Some heading}
before using in Chapter* style
Some heading

This irritates hyperref, and it is unnecessary, since you use KOMA-book.

Delete all those \addcontentsline stuff before Chapter*s and use AddChap
(in German: "Kapitel(Inhaltsverz.)") instead.
