I have no problems here with 1.1.5fix2...; maybe an apt-cache
searches on lang; locale; i18n; dev are useful.

Do an 'apt-cache search debmake' and install everything debmake
depends on and suggests. As I mentioned earlier, the binary is called
'deb-make', not debmake as the package.
